Summer Soulstice, Winlaw BC
Mythmaker gave a fire perfomance for
Winlaw's annual Summer Soulstice gathering.
It was an epic gathering of some of the finest folk in West Kootenay as the 12th annual Summer Solstice celebration sizzled on Ricardo Hubbs' land in Winlaw. Anchored by the Mythmakers (above) and Trillium Dance Company, the festival included savory vibes of Adham Shaikh, soulful chanteuse Gemma Luna and the tones of Pure Blend. Fueled by tasty bites from the Cedar Creek Cafe, the alchohol-free event is the hidden gem of the region and manifests an idealization of what the West Kootenay is about.
